The Group
The Group was formed in March 2005, especially for people who are genuinely single, who feel the need to both widen their circle of friends and improve their social life, and who enjoy going out as a group. We do ask you to sign to confirm that you are officially single and we do operate a no smoking at Connect gatherings policy. Some of our members are seeking partners and some just enjoy being single and wish to expand their social life.
We meet at least once a week, in pleasant pubs and hotels within our members' areas. As our membership expands we try to make sure that we balance travelling times for members, by using members' suggestions for good venues.
Members ages currently range from early 30s through to early retired; all ages are welcome.
